Associate Nurse Educator - Administration

Working under the direction of nursing leadership as a member of the clinical education department, the Associate Nurse Educator supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the competencies of clinical caregivers within Providence Medical Group (PMG) Walla Walla. This role contributes to the application of educational theory and change‑management principles to promote clinical development, safe practices, and positive patient outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree within 5 years of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years nursing experience.

• Ambulatory care nursing experience.
• Experience in adult education and adult learning theories.
• Experience in program development and evaluation.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $41.56 - $64.52
