OR Circulating RN – Travel

Shift type:
Variable (8-hour shifts) Shift times: AM 07:00–15:30 and PM 11:00–19:30 (will alternate as needed)

Valid WA or Compact RN license required Minimum 1 year RN experience Travel experience required Previous OR circulating experience required BLS certification required Robotics experience preferred (e.g., Da Vinci Xi, Mako)

Circulate in the operating room for various surgical procedures, including general, orthopedic, neuro, OB C-sections, and more. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimum patient care and safety during procedures. Maintain a sterile environment and assist with the setup of surgical instruments and equipment. Monitor patients' vital signs and address any emerging issues during surgery. Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including anesthesia and surgical staff.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and standards.

Pre-approved time off must be declared at submission; post-submittal RTO may not be approved Orientation: 40 hours Call requirement: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend every 6 weeks; 20-minute callback requirement On-call room available for staff who cannot secure housing within 20 minutes while on call
