Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Walla Walla, WA

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends Required | Block Scheduling Required

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:5, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for emergency patients
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Be prepared to float within the facility as needed

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency or acute care setting
• Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center environment
• Ability to adapt to block scheduling requirements and rotating weekend shifts

• Work at a well-equipped Short Term Acute Care facility with no on-call requirements and no parking fees
