Incredible Health seeks an Operating Room Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and postoperative phases. In this role, you’ll prepare ORs, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesia, monitor patients, and respond swiftly to changing conditions. You’ll use data-driven tools and EHRs to document care, support quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate with a diverse clinical team. Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Prepare operating room, verify equipment, and maintain strict aseptic technique
- Monitor patients’ status intraoperatively and respond rapidly to changes
- Administer medications and support anesthesia and surgical teams
- Advocate for patients, ensuring comfort, dignity, and informed consent support
- Document care accurately in the EHR and follow hospital protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives
