Cynet Health Staff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with hospice case management experience to join our 8-week assignment. The RN will manage a caseload of 15 patients and perform 4–5 visits per day, with charting completed the same day as visits.
The role requires a WA or Compact RN license, BLS certification, and a reliable vehicle to cover a 60-mile radius. Local candidates may be offered a reduced rate;
Oregon licensure is encouraged on acceptance of the contract.
