Qualifications And Skills- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (upon hire)
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Assess, plan, and implement emergency nursing interventions
- Maintain patient safety and comfort
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal care
- Adhere to hospital policies and clinical standards
