Walla Walla Steak Co. is seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook to join our team. You coordinate kitchen line activities, ensure top quality, sanitation, and health standards, and mentor fellow cooks to follow recipes and procedures.
A calm, capable leader with a strong background in high-volume cooking, you set the tone on the line, train staff, and help the kitchen run smoothly even on our busiest shifts. Schedule note: we are closed Sundays and Mondays.
