Walla Walla Steak Co. is seeking an experienced, passionate, and natural leader to join our team as Lead Line Cook. This is an incredible opportunity to join a team of professionals who take pride in creating outstanding hospitality experiences for our guests, while earning at the top of the market.

As a Lead Line Cook, you're not just running the line, you're setting the tone for it. You coordinate all kitchen line activities, ensuring food is prepared and executed to the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and health. You lead by example, meticulously following our recipes and procedures while mentoring and guiding fellow cooks to do the same. You keep communication open across stations, helping the whole kitchen move as one team rather than a collection of stations.

You also take ownership of supplies and equipment, managing them efficiently to minimize waste and keep the kitchen running smoothly even during our busiest shifts.

We're looking for someone who can stay calm and clear headed under pressure, train and support newer cooks, and step up as a go to presence on the line when the chef isn't in the room. If you're a motivated, friendly leader who loves hospitality and has a strong background in high volume cooking, we would love to hear from you.

Schedule note: We value our employees' quality of life. We are closed (without pay) on Sundays and Mondays, and on certain holidays, except for special engagements.

Compensation: $23–26/hour, DOE
