Role:
Seasonal, part-time Tasting Room Associate – a weekly, hourly position eligible for tips. Typically May - October, with evening and weekend availability.

• Be friendly, courteous, and interact professionally with a wide variety of personalities, meeting the needs of every guest.
• Learn product information to help guests with selections, purchases, and event assistance.
• Assist with wine club and eCommerce orders – pulling, packing, processing for delivery and curbside pickup.
• Support management in enforcing winery policies regarding guest use of the facility.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the tasting room appearance and cleanliness up to or exceeding standards.
• Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, wine club memberships, and collect wine tasting fees.

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit.
• At least two years of customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Interest or knowledge of wine and the wine industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment as part of a team.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexible and available for varied hours, including weekends.
• History of responsible alcohol use and appropriate conduct; fit to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

$17.13 - $21.38 per hour, based on relevant experience.
