- Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs. - Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction with timely follow-ups. - Policy Advisement:
Offer professional advice on coverage options to ensure clients are fully protected. - Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to expand client coverage through comprehensive and personalized bundling solutions. - Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long‑term loyalty and trust with the agency. - Compliance:
Ensure all client interactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. - Process customer policy change requests.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Provides on‑going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will provide training for good individual.
- Experience:
2+ years in sales or customer service is highly preferred. - Communication
