Pay: $22-$30+ per hour, dependent on experience and certifications.

What you’ll do:
  • Travel to client site for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair.
  • Install and service electronic and physical security products including pulling wire per system specifications.
  • Installs and wires electronic equipment used in systems.
  • Account for all installation and service tools/equipment and all job parts/inventory.
  • Test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customers’ requirements and all applicable codes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic and physical security equipment.
  • Communicate important project status information to management as necessary (installation or service).
  • Communicate with customers on job status or completion (installation or service).
  • Conduct site surveys upon request of management.
  • Complete and turn in all required paperwork in a timely manner according to established procedures and deadlines, e.g., timesheets, expense reports, change orders, equipment transfers, etc.
  • Follow purchasing procedures using database system and supervisor approval to account for products needed.
  • Maintain and control assigned truck stock inventory in an organized manner; report stock items during company inventory audits.
  • Maintain control and safeguard all company or customer property or information of which employee has been entrusted.
  • Ensure company vehicle is maintained according to established standards; keep vehicle clean, inside and out.
  • Maintain clean driving record and operate company vehicles using safe driving practices.
  • Train less experienced employees and trainees on company procedures, systems, and installation/service techniques.
  • Ensure all work is performed to CSG quality standards and practices.
  • Work in compliance with Federal/State laws regarding safety of self and others always.
  • Solicit new business when not working on service or installation.
  • Expected to travel for up to a week at a time when necessary.
  • What you bring:
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
    • 2–5 years of electronic and physical security service and installation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Knowledge of security equipment such as alarm systems, access control, video, CCTV systems, drive‑up systems, and under‑counter teller equipment is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Bosch, DMP, March DVR, 3VR, and/or Lenel Access control product lines preferred.
    • Customer service experience is a plus.
    • Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.
    • Physical ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required; lift and/or move up to 100 pounds occasionally and regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
