Compensation Pay Range
$17.13 - $23.50
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions- Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
- Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean, maintain them, and complete pre‑operation inspections.
- Secure keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and collected money at all times.
- Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips.
- Communicate problems or special needs to store management.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately.
- Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day.
- Clock in/out according to company policy.
- Perform additional duties such as customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and other assignments as directed.
- May occasionally serve as cashier or assist with merchandising tasks if business dictates.
- Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
- Driving record meeting the company’s 14/18‑point system.
- Legally required state driver’s license and meeting company eligibility requirements.
- Familiarity with automotive parts.
- Ability to operate other light store equipment.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
