System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. We offer competitive pay packages and excellent benefits. For a limited time, you can earn a $5k Hiring Bonus.
OPPORTUNITY FOR CDL-A FLATBED TRUCK DRIVER- Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers
- Promotion: $5K Hiring Bonus – limited time only
- Equipment Type: Flatbed

- Terminal: Kansas City, MO
- Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset
Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week
Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year (depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service)
- Bonus: $5K hiring bonus, paid 4×$1,250 every 90 days over 12 months for active employment.
- Other accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile (depending on experience)
Transition package: $1,800 (including $1,000 orientation for first 2 weeks)

- Required: Valid Class A CDL
- Required: 21 years of age or older
- Required: Safe driving record
- Required: No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Required: 4+ months driving experience
- Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required)
- Required: Background check
- Required: Clean drug test
- Required: Clean clearinghouse result
- Physical: Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice during orientation
