CDL-A OTR Flatbed Driver
Earn $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week. Full Benefits.
System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
Opportunity Details- Driver Type: Experienced CDL‑A Truck Drivers

- Route Type: OTR (Over‑The‑Road) Route
- Division: Division 200
- Terminal: Spokane, WA
- Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off
Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week (depends on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service).
Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $ per year (same conditions).
Additional compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate. Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile.
Transition PackageThe company offers a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.
Home Time- Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off (varies by division).

The company does not allow pets.
Riders aged 7 and up are allowed after 90 days of safe driving.

- Required: Valid Class A CDL
- Required: 21 years of age or older
- Required: Safe driving record
- Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Required: At least 4 months of driving experience
- Preferred: 1 year of truck driving experience, not required
- Required: Background check
- Required: Clean drug test
- Required: Clean clearinghouse result
- Required: Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation; flatbed drivers lift about 70% of loads.
