Daily Substitute Teachers
Rate of Pay:
Up to $130 per day
* Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Implement lesson plans provided by the regular Teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students.
* Adapt teaching methods to fill the needs of each individual student.
* Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls and/or on the playground.
* Provide in-class and at-home daily assignments based on the available lesson plan.
Long Term Substitute Teachers
Rate of Pay:
Up to $200 per day
* Develop lesson plans with engaging instructional practices consistent with the required grade level and/or department curriculum.
* Build positive relationships with each student.
* Provide effective classroom management while encouraging student participation.
* Communicate with students and parents about academic progress.
* Create and maintain required records for students.
* Supervise students in and out of the classroom including in the halls and/or on the playground.
