Minimum Qualifications:
* CPR/AED Certification required
* First Aid Certification preferred
* CAP Certification Preferred
* Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Track and Field
* Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student athletes as Track and Field athletes
* Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy
Essential Functions:
* Plan, organize and facilitate practices
* Oversee and manage meets
* Assist athletes in developing Track and Field fundamentals
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department
* Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program

Building Principal and Assistant Building Athletic Director

Determined by Teacher Master Agreement and years of experience
