Salary: $20.75 - $23.17 per week per the Support Personnel Agreement for the  school year

• General knowledge in school building maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, doors and door locks
• Aptitude and competence in making general maintenance repairs
• Positive communication skills and ability to read technical specifications
• Good work attitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Available on call for emergency repairs and snow removal
• Ability to climb ladders and work on flat roof tops
• Valid driver's license

• Serve as a customer service representative for the district in dealing with school building repairs
• Maintain equipment and tools in a clean, safe and inventoried condition
• Assume responsibility for recommending supplies, equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks
• Estimate cost of repair projects
• Support other Maintenance staff in completing repairs and projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned
