• Base pay: $15.00 per hour

• Signing bonus: $1,000 after 60 days

• Employee referral bonus: $500 after 60 days

• Administrative Offices

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (school year)

• Summer hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

• 40 hrs/week, 52 weeks/year

• High school diploma or GED required
• Good moral character
• Strong public relations skills
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to learn custodial equipment, materials and methods
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Manual strength: lift and move 50 lbs
• Excellent attendance record
• Successful drug, fitness and criminal background check

• Clean assigned areas: sweep, vacuum, dust rooms and lockers
• Mop bathroom floors, clean toilets and urinals, replenish supplies
• Clean whiteboards, doors, windows and entryways
• Report repairs to custodial supervisor
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and sanitation
• Set up and take down for events and activities
• Clean up after night activities
• Assist with snow removal and other duties as assigned
