Key functions of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Post and reconcile incoming payments (lockbox, ACH, checks) accurately and timely
• Research and resolve cash application discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied funds
• Process customer refunds and generate insurance‑related premium invoices
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain audit‑ready AR records
• Support internal teams and respond to customer billing inquiries as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 3 years AR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
