Job descriptionEntry-Level Automotive Accounting Clerk
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our accounting office team. This role is perfect for a go-getter with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within the accounting department in the dealership. Automotive accounting experience is required. DMV experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities- Review DMV paperwork for accuracy and submission (both in state and out of state)
- Follow up on Titles for payoffs with banks
- Applying for duplicate titles for lost titles on trade ins
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales
- Warranty product cancellations/refunds
- Stocking in vehicles with accuracy
- Filing
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time
