By working with government leaders, and by partnering with our sponsors and lenders, the company’s vision is to create 10,000+ residential units with a focus on tackling the affordable-housing crisis in North America.
The RoleWe are hiring an on-site Project Coordinator based in Windsor, CT to support our active construction and capital projects across our Connecticut portfolio. You will manage general contractors and trades day to day, keep projects on schedule and on budget, and translate what is happening in the field into clear reporting for our investment and asset management teams.
What You Will Do- Run day-to-day oversight of construction, renovation, and capital projects; walk sites regularly and document progress, quality, and safety
- Manage GCs, subcontractors, and consultants: coordinate scopes, schedules, site access, and punch lists
- Solicit, level, and analyze bids; support contract award and change order review
- Track budgets, commitments, and cost to complete; review and verify pay applications and lien waivers
- Maintain project schedules and elevate timeline or budget risks early, with proposed solutions
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and municipal approvals
- Prepare weekly status reports, photo logs, and budget variance summaries for leadership
- Support underwriting of capex and development budgets for new opportunities
- 0 - 2 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or related project coordination
- Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of construction sequencing and trades
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining budget and schedule trackers
- Organized and proactive, with the confidence to hold contractors accountable
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between sites in the Greater Hartford area
- Hands-on exposure to the full real estate investment lifecycle
- Small, entrepreneurial team with direct access to leadership
