Computer Aided Design Drafter

In this role, you will work in a collaborative team environment while developing your drafting skills and gaining valuable experience within your selected discipline.

• Revise existing drawings and prepare drawings of basic components
• Create drawings from verbal or written instructions and detailed sketches
• Plot and prepare drawings accurately and efficiently
• Learn and follow company and client drafting standards and procedures
• Develop knowledge and skills within your drafting discipline
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support project needs
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Coursework in drafting technology or a specialized CAD certification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in professional growth
• Demonstrated leadership potential
