In this role, you will work in a collaborative team environment while developing your drafting skills and gaining valuable experience within your selected discipline.
What You'll Do:- Revise existing drawings and prepare drawings of basic components
- Create drawings from verbal or written instructions and detailed sketches
- Plot and prepare drawings accurately and efficiently
- Learn and follow company and client drafting standards and procedures
- Develop knowledge and skills within your drafting discipline
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support project needs
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Coursework in drafting technology or a specialized CAD certification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in professional growth
- Demonstrated leadership potential
