Your new role

As an ISO Management System Coordinator – PEM, you will support the development, maintenance, and day‑to‑day operation of Nel Hydrogen’s ISO-based management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You will be involved in coordinating system activities, supporting audits, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring consistent implementation across operations, quality, engineering, EHS and supply chain teams.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the maintenance and continuous operation of the Integrated Management System aligned with ISO standards
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation, documentation review, and follow-up
  • Maintain logs and tracking tools for audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement items
  • Support root cause analysis by coordinating activities, collecting data, and documenting outcomes
  • Track corrective and preventive actions to ensure assigned actions are completed on time and evidence is collected
  • Assist with preparation of Management Review materials, including KPIs, audit summaries, and trend data
  • Support document control activities including review cycles, revision updates, and controlled document distribution
  • Coordinate awareness and training activities related to ISO requirements and company procedures
  • Work with process owners to ensure management system requirements are understood and followed
  • Escalate overdue actions, documentation gaps, or audit follow‑ups to the IMS Lead or Quality leadership

We are looking for a structured and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working across teams and building strong, reliable processes.

You bring with you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, EHS, or a related technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or quality support role
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements; exposure to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 preferred
  • Basic understanding of internal audits, corrective actions, and document control processes
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a structured, process‑driven environment
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow‑up skills
