Director, SOX Audit & ICFR Compliance

A leading manufacturer of interconnect products is seeking an Associate Director, SOX Audit to build a SOX audit program ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC rules. This role involves leading audits for consolidated financial statements, supervising audit staff, and presenting findings to senior management. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in public accounting, strong leadership skills, and a CPA.
