Activities Assistant - Care Home

The Activities Assistant role involves helping to deliver an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. The role requires a sense of fun, creativity, and the ability to encourage and motivate others, as well as a real interest in supporting the residents to live their lives to the full.

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure our residents can enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. You'll help every resident to live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with their family, friends and the local community.
