• Responsibilities include administrative duties within an electronic medical record system, focusing on payment posting and account adjustments, requiring proficiency in general technology tools.

• Perform routine mathematical calculations with strong accounting skills
• Post both electronic and manual payments
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Work independently and approach problems analytically
• Handle high volume and strict deadlines with accuracy

• Manage time efficiently and prioritize projects

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate degree or higher preferred
• Two years of experience with payment posting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with electronic medical record payment posting required
