Physical Therapist - PT - RPT - Per Diem

Overview

Preferred Therapy Solutions looks for a Per-Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to work in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Wallingford, CT. Once hired, you may join additional local PRN rosters as desired.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Show good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

• Current Physical Therapist license or license eligibility to practice in the State of employment.
• Alternately, a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility to practice in the State of employment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $55/hr
