LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA 'll work with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them build the strength and movement skills needed for daily activities.
What You'll Do- Deliver therapy according to the supervising PT's treatment plan
- Help residents practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Adjust activities within the care plan to match residents' tolerance
- Report changes in mobility or performance to the Physical Therapist
- Document sessions and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Clear communication and accurate documentation skills
