Energy Efficiency Assistant Field Operations Supervisor

** JOB SUMMARY
** The Assistant Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the supervision and training of the field technicians. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory ordering, distribution of tools to field technicians, van inventory and contractor management.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
** Perform other duties as assigned.
** REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
** 2+ years' energy industry experience preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Strong technical experience skills and/or in-depth knowledge of home construction concepts.  Valid driver’s license required and use of personal vehicle may be necessary per location. Compliance with acceptable vehicle insurance levels as outlined in the company policy.

Strong communication, both verbal and written, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change when needed.

Ability to work a flexible schedule. Proven ability to meet objectives.
** WORK ENVIRONMENT &

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
** Medium work: ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
