Colleague Health Manager

As a Colleague Health Manager at Hartford Healthcare, you will lead programs that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. You will oversee occupational health services, infection prevention initiatives, vaccinations, and workplace safety protocols across our network. Partnering with HR and leadership, you will manage leave and return-to-work processes, analyze health data to guide interventions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
