Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved;
Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members;
Communicate information from meetings to team members;
Train new team members;
Handle performance evaluations and recommend pay increases;
Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates;
Support store manager with safety compliance and training;
Monitor safety expectations;
Make sales calls with/without store manager;
Assist in weekly customer calls;
Maintain delivery fleet and keep records for vehicles;
Ensure store/HUB store neat, clean and organized;
Learn electronic scheduling and payroll entry functions;
Learn to manage gross profit components;
Review returns for core and warranty abuse;
Review KPI dashboard and monthly P&L with store manager
