Role Summary

As a Production Technician, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing process. • Assembly & Sorting: Perform manual assembly of small components and sort parts based on size, type, or quality requirements.
  • Visual & Cleanroom Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods (often under magnification) to identify defects. Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination.
  • Finishing (Deburring): Use specialized tools to remove burrs or imperfections from metal parts, ensuring smooth surfaces and precise edges.
  • Packaging: Securely package finished products for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation are accurate.
  • Quality Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate production logs and quality records to comply with ISO and medical regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment is preferred but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle very small, delicate parts.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to "zero-defect" quality and the ability to spot minute inconsistencies.
