Job Summary

Inspect raw material and/or parts, audit production practices and processes, and report on non-conformances. Use basic to advanced measurement instruments to complete work. May perform basic root‑cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate visual inspections of raw materials and finished products using measurement instruments and work instructions
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming materials or parts
  • Complete all required inspection documentation and records
  • Enter inspection data into designated systems and databases
  • Conduct final inspections to verify outgoing shipments, as needed
  • Support root cause identification for non-conformance issues
  • Work on the warehouse floor
    , including around heavy machinery
  • Demonstrate and uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Inspection role
  • Advanced metrology experience
    , including use of a CMM
  • Background in metal quality inspections
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and perform basic math
  • Experience using measurement tools such as tape measures, scales, gauges,
    calipers, micrometers, and other instruments
  • Strong computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to inspect materials, commodities, and processes with precision
  • Strong communication skills
    , including the ability to train others
  • Capable of managing high-volume work efficiently and accurately
  • Strong commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college coursework or certifications in a Quality Assurance-related field

Pay

Pay: $21-$25 per hour
