Assist with daily operations of the production team by prepping, portioning, and assembling raw materials to ensure all production targets are met and safety protocols are followed;
Weigh, measure, and stage materials for use in kitchen production processes;
Operate industrial kitchen equipment such as food processors and blenders, automated slicers and dicers, in addition to manual knife handling for prepping ingredients;
Maintain accurate labeling of products and ensure correct batch and pack dates are applied;
Check all labeling of product for label accuracy including correct labeling of allergens
