Employment Solutions is hiring a Lathe Operator / Spot Welder for our client’s sensor production team in Wallingford, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on, precision manufacturing work.
Responsibilities- Operate lathe machinery to shape and modify small components.
- Perform spot welding according to specifications.
- Assemble small fluid sensor components.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Previous manufacturing, lathe, or spot welding experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with small, detailed components.
- Ability to understand basic measurements, including fractions and decimals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- $18+ per hour
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
