Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Machine Operator with basic knowledge of CNC machining processes and machine operation to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of machinery used to produce high-temperature gaskets and seals for aerospace applications. Equipment may include mechanical and hydraulic presses, deburr wheels, punch presses, manual lathes, vertical and horizontal rolling benches, laser machines, and other production equipment.

You will work with a variety of metals, including Stainless Steel, Waspaloy, Inconel, and Copper. Success in this position requires excellent attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts while maintaining a safe work environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent position reporting to the Operations Leader. The primary responsibilities will include working in both the Gasket and Seal Departments to become cross-trained and develop additional manufacturing skills.

Work Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Overtime may be required based on production needs
