At Skyview Rehab and Nursing, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our patients in Wallingford, Connecticut. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our team's efforts to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Skyview Rehab and Nursing, you will be responsible for providing personal care to our patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, ambulating, and feeding. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide emotional support and comfort to our patients and their families.

• Provide hands‑on care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, ambulating, and feeding

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a long‑term care setting preferred

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
