Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The role includes verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
