Online Order Filling associates focus on locating, filling, and dispensing online orders. They prepare and package merchandise, verify order accuracy, make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

As an online order filler, you shop for customers and fill their orders across all departments. This fast‑paced role involves dispensing orders, engaging customers during the pick‑up process, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. You may be required to help in‑store customers while completing online orders, especially during evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
