Store Associate

Position Summary

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, providing an opportunity to excel in a leading retail setting by working independently and as a member of a team to positively impact others.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving potential service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and helping them locate items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Providing support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements:
  
  remaining upright for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and minimal force routinely.
• Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

29 hours (Part time).

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
