We are seeking a highly motivated Data & AI Solutions Engineer to join our Internal Audit department. This role is responsible for designing and building innovative technology solutions that transform the way Internal Audit delivers value across the organization.

Working directly with auditors and business stakeholders, you will develop modern data analytics, AI-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions that improve audit planning, risk assessment, testing, documentation, and reporting. You will leverage Databricks, Python, cloud technologies, and large language models (LLMs) to create scalable tools that solve real business problems.

The ideal candidate has a strong computer science or software engineering background, enjoys building applications, and is passionate about applying emerging AI technologies to practical business challenges. Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies are just as important as technical expertise.

Internal Audit is undergoing a technology transformation. Our team is building next-generation solutions using Databricks, AI, large language models, and modern software engineering practices to fundamentally change how audits are performed. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics, automation, and AI solutions that improve Internal Audit processes.
• Build secure web-based applications and user-friendly tools for auditors.
• Develop Python applications, APIs, and reusable software components.
• Implement RAG solutions and intelligent document processing capabilities.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
