Truck Driver- Aston, PA

Job Summary

We are seeking a Truck Driver to transport materials to our dedicated customer accounts in the Aston, PA area. Your primary responsibility is to deliver products safely and on time while representing Thyssenkrupp Materials in a professional manner.

• Verify that correct items are loaded for delivery.
• Perform periodic pre‑delivery, during‑delivery, and post‑delivery inspections to ensure the load is properly fastened and secure.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks; ensure truck is properly secured and not overweight.
• Deliver product and proper paperwork to customers courteously and timely.
• Clean up any debris caused by loading/unloading.
• Maintain overall truck service and perform required inspections.
• Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift, including daily logs, inspection logs, delivery receipts, vehicle inspection, and hours of service.
• Collect any COD money owed and hand it to the proper personnel upon return to the plant.
• Report customer, mechanical, or delivery problems to supervision using proof of delivery sheets.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a minimum of one year verifiable CDL‑A driving experience.
• Excellent driving record.
• Flat‑bed truck driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.

Salary: $26.15 – $35.38 per hour. Pay is weekly.
