Warehouse Worker 1st shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Plumbing & HVAC supply team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and loading products used in plumbing and HVAC installations and repairs. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

• Receive incoming plumbing and HVAC materials and verify shipments
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Organize and stock warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Assist customers and drivers with order pickups when needed
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or HVAC materials is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
