Quoting & Warehouse Operations Specialist

Allied Mechanical Service, a Smart Care Company, is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our commercial refrigeration operations.

The role is critical to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient parts handling, and timely deliveries to support field service technicians and customer installations.

• Job Quoting:
  Deliver solutions for technicians and customers, build accurate quotes, source parts, search for best price, communicate daily with OEMs, and create/enter purchase orders.
• Receiving & Inventory Management:
  Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; label and stock inventory; perform routine cycle counts; assist with physical inventory audits.
• Order Fulfillment & Distribution:
  Pick, pack, and prepare parts orders for field technicians; coordinate outgoing shipments; maintain the WILL CALL area for local pickups.
• Warehouse Organization:
  Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized; rotate stock to ensure proper flow; dispose of obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory per company policy.
• Returns & Warranty Handling:
  Process warranty returns; coordinate RMA issuance with manufacturers; return unused parts to vendors for credit.
• Safety & Equipment Use:
  Follow all safety guidelines; operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided); report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

• Valid, state‑issued driver’s license.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience (preferably HVAC/R or mechanical trades).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
