Position Overview
Part‑time Clerical Clerk (25–30 hours per week)
ResponsibilitiesProvide general clerical and clerical/accounting support to the Municipal Office. Duties include maintaining records, preparing reports, processing forms, and assisting staff and residents both in person and by telephone.
Qualifications- College degree in accounting or comparable relevant work experience; a degree is beneficial.
- Experience in municipal government preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Edmunds software is a plus.
- Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
