Position: Clerical Clerk – Wallington Borough.

Position Overview

Part‑time Clerical Clerk (25–30 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Provide general clerical and clerical/accounting support to the Municipal Office. Duties include maintaining records, preparing reports, processing forms, and assisting staff and residents both in person and by telephone.

Qualifications
  • College degree in accounting or comparable relevant work experience; a degree is beneficial.
  • Experience in municipal government preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Edmunds software is a plus.
  • Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
