• Representing ADP and all the local & international services and products we can offer to our clients.
• Main responsibility is creating new business opportunities and ensuring deals are closed.
• Reporting directly to the Sales Director and maintaining relationships with local & international District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and stakeholders in the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support, etc.) to orchestrate the service excellence value proposition delivered to the customer.
• Owning and planning your territory or account approach in accordance with the Sales strategy and forecast.

• Demonstrated sales aptitude in complex sales cycles and excellent closing skills.
• Strong sales background in business, financials, payroll, HCM & SaaS products/services.
• Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of the Swiss market.
• Ability to develop their ecosystem.

• Must‑Have: 5–10 years of sales experience in the Swiss market within the HCM, payroll industry and vendors, large technology companies, partners, preferred in the environment of Global Enterprise Sales.
• Fluent in Swiss German & English.
• Proven proficiency in "Account Plan" development and implementation of related complex sales strategies to secure large accounts.
• Experienced in new business closure at international level with C‑level interactions.
• Driven by success, results, and overachieving.
• Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and positive attitude.
• Knows how to act within an international matrix organization.

You are located in Zurich office, Switzerland.
