Accounts Payable Specialist

We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on experience in full-cycle AP. This role will support invoice processing, payment runs, vendor communication, reconciliations, and month-end AP activities.

Key Duties:

  • Process and code invoices
  • Handle 2-way/3-way matching
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements
  • Prepare check runs, ACH, and wire payments
  • Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor records
  • Assist with month-end close and reporting
