Staff Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Staff Accountant to process transactions accurately, investigate financial discrepancies and assist with bank reconciliations. This role requires at least 3 years of accounting experience, ERP systems experience and excellent attention to detail. This temporary-to-hire role is in Walnut Creek, CA and the anticipated pay rate is $30/hr - $50/hr.

• Transfer funds to pay invoices and vendors
• Deposit receipts and process refunds
• Record all transactions through journal entries
• Prepare financial reports and analyses as requested
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Investigate financial discrepancies and research complex issues
• Assist with annual filing and preparation of 1099s
• Work on various accounting projects as needed

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP systems required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities

Pay Details: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour
