Payroll Clerk

Description

Our client in the medical industry is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Based on general knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and assist with payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner. Based on general knowledge.

+ Review timesheets, payroll records, and employee data for accuracy. Based on general knowledge.

+ Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Based on general knowledge.

+ Use Excel VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to analyze payroll data, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports. Based on general knowledge.

+ Support audits, reporting, and other payroll-related administrative tasks. Based on general knowledge.

+ Collaborate with HR and accounting teams as needed. Based on general knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Previous payroll experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry. Based on general knowledge.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Based on general knowledge.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Based on general knowledge.

+ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Based on general knowledge.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
