Part-Time Payroll Specialist
Our client in the medical industry is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and assist with payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review timesheets, payroll records, and employee data for accuracy.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Use Excel VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to analyze payroll data, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports.
- Support audits, reporting, and other payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams as needed.
